Can anyone verify this for me? Does the Notice of Home Ownership Counseling on deliquent mortgage loans also apply to Equity Lines? From what I am reading on the HUD Act, it appears it applies regardless of lien position or purpose if it is owner occupied, principle dwelling, but would like to confirm. Thanks!
