I am trying to set up a website for my CU that is for informational purposes only. We are small and cannot afford a true homebanking website at this time. What is the regulation for a website? I know of the normal disclosures, but what else do I need to know?

There isn't "a" regulation per se. It is advertising, it is product delivery and in your case mostly the former. So advertising rules apply for the various rules.

I helped build and maintain my banks first site. It isn't rocket science but you do need a certain skillset.
