Has anyone implemented the use of RSA tokens as part of online banking for customers? This seems to be another good layer of security. However, I am interested to know if anyone using tokens has had a customer report an account compromise (i.e. key loggers,etc).

No, we just started to use the RSA tokens for commerical customers.

I do have RSA token for working remotely from home and I will ask about our access and issues.
