Would anyone be willing to share thier ACH Self Audit Check list- doucemnt? This is a new process for us and any help would be great.

These audits are to be performed each year prior to December 1.

Just to be clear, the audit must conducted by another department other than the ACH staff correct?

ACH audits shall be performed under the direction of the audit committee, audit manager, senior level officer, or an independent (external) examiner or auditor of the Participating DFI or Third-Party Service Provider.

We use Viewpointe for our ACH audits. We have been using them for 5+ years.

Your regional ACH association may have put together a comprehensive audit 'package'... UMACHA provides an excellent review file each year (free if you attend the work-shop). I would think you could juat purchase it as well.
