I've posted this in the S.C. forum as well, but thought I might get response here as well.

I've looked at the SC Title 11-13-60 - Pledging of Public Funds to determine which of our customers are required to have Public Funds, and the guidance there is specific to state funds. Is there a general guideline otherwise that can be referenced to detail entities that are eligible for Public Funds?

On the SC Sec. of State website, I've searched the Corporations, and those that I would immediately say are Public Funds are not listed. Other customers that may be are listed, but typically have a Non-Profit designation. Would this be a general guideline to use?

In reviewing the Electric and Telephone Cooperative Acts, I see no mention indicating that these entities require and/or are eligible for Public Fund security?

If anyone has any sources or material in regards to such, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you.
