What responsibities do FI have regarding access to statements after the account is closed? If a client closes their account and their online access is terminated - are we required to keep the online access open for a specfiic time frame? Is this something that we address in our e-sign agreement?

Your state laws may require access to statements and copies of items for a period of time. That is where I would look first. STart in a state forum.
