We are currently looking at the possibility of changing vendors for our website hosting? Does anyone have a vendor they are happy with and would recommend for designing and then hosting a bank website?

Check with your core processor. We saved quite a bit of money on hosting when we switched to Jack Henry. They were able to copy the existing website. They can also design a new site from scratch if that's what you want.
