Can anyone tell me how long they retain recordings of telephone calls? We record wire transfer conversations and I can't find a definitive retention period on this. We are also getting ready to record phone conversations in other departments so I'd like to be consistent.

For wires, how long could someone bring suit against you for unauthorized transactions.

The other areas will have to based on a similar risk analysis.
