I have several questions regarding HPML's.

1. do the rules apply to jumbo loans (I'm thinking yes)
2. when refering to the Primary Mortgage Market Survey I am not sure what to do when I have a 20 or 25 year loan or a 3/1 or 7/1 ARM...do I round up or down? For example should I use the 5/1 ARM index when I have a 3/1 or 7/1 ARM? What about 20 and 25 Year loans? Do I use the 30 Year index?
3. our rates rarely include any points. Using the PMMS it looks like the average loan has points. Do we still have to use the index provided on the survey even though those rates appear to include points and we very rarely do?
