We have two men that clean our bank, mow the lawn, run errands, handle mail, shred, etc. I am creating job descriptions. Does anyone have a better title than Janitor for this position?

We refer to a similar department as "Internal Services" staffed by the Facilities manager, crew and mail personnel.

Since the person "cleans" and "mows" and "shreds" what about:

Chief Environmental and Document Management Officer
