As the training director of a small, but fast growing bank, I am in the process of researching a software package that would allow me to track training attendance by program presented and by employees - is anyone aware of such a program for a solid, reliable provider?

We are doing it manually (a real PITA) until our BOD comes through with an approval for internet training. Most of the internet training systems I have seen have awesome recordkeeping abilities.
