Can someone give me the name of the company that produced the new fincen brochure...I know they produce other brochures as well....thanks!

The company your are thinking of does have a CTR information brochure that includes a lot of the same information that's in the FinCEN document -- but it's not the FinCEN document. It's called the National Association for Bank Security, and its website is www.banksecurity.com.

FinCEN's brochure, which is obviously FinCEN-approved, can be downloaded in PDF format from the FinCEN website. Here's a link:

You can print up copies or have a larger run done by a local job printer.
