I am in the midst of my first ACH Audit. I am stumped on the UCC Article 4A. I cannot find it to state clearly to what type of transactions this article applies? On what type of notice should I find the verbage as stated in the NACHA book? Can anyone help?

Your Depositor's Account Agreement and ACH Origination Agreements most likely will contain dislclosures pertinent to UCC Article 4A. The language may vary depending on who drafted the agreements.
