federal law preempts. You need your typical FDIC insurance, HMDA, CRA (File as well), ECOA, and Equal employment maybe. As for the ones you mentioned, it would be a good idea to have them in the lunch room. However unless you get visited by the Labor dept I doubt anyone will notice.
