We have a new branch office opening in PA and I am trying to determine what PA notices are required to be posted. My research has produced a requirement by the PA Human Relations Act to post 4 PA posters: Employment Provisions, Public Accomodations Provisions, Fair Lending Practices, Fair Housing Practices. Can anyone confirm? Or add? Are any of these PA posters pre-empted by federal law?

federal law preempts. You need your typical FDIC insurance, HMDA, CRA (File as well), ECOA, and Equal employment maybe. As for the ones you mentioned, it would be a good idea to have them in the lunch room. However unless you get visited by the Labor dept I doubt anyone will notice.
