Are transactions through RDC covered under Reg E for claimes?

If the RDC transaction results in an image capture and image presentment, no. It will be subject to the UCC.

However, if the RDC transaction results in an ACH check conversion and the account the check is drawn on is a consumer account, it will be subject to Reg E at the RDFI.
