I was going back over to make sure had everything covered.....which I think we are, as we have 5:00 cutoffs and we have message on our statements that pmts received after close of business day shall be deemed received on the following business day.......but my question is, what about Saturday? We are opened for business on Saturday, 9-12, but of course, nothing is posted until Monday, is this in compliance. I apologize if this may have been addressed before.

If you allow accounts to be opened on Saturdays, then any payments received in those branches should be posted that same day.
