For some reason our system allows for us to "turn off" NSF notices from being mailed.

Some employees have elected to have this turned off.

I don't believe this is allowed. We should show proof that our employees (& customers) have received these notices in some form (electronic or mailed) correct?

There is no regulatory requirement to send NSF notices.

May depend on your HR policy with regard to employee/officer NSF's.
