Anyone have any thoughts about if we as a bank are permitted to "Freeze" a customers debit card for account abuse or either excessive Overdrafts.

Our disclosure does not specifically say and I was wanting some insight.

Likely your card agreement says you own the card. It should spell out that you can cancel it and why, specific reasons or for any reason. Then I'd do it. If the agreement doesn't say that, start working on the new draft after you suspend that card. Follow the golden rule here, he who has the gold, makes the rules.
