crazylady 100 Club Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 108	Husband is going to take out credit on his own. We usually have the wife sign the mortgage and rescission. Is it necessary to give the wife a copy of the truth in lending disclosure and document she received it?

Dan Persfull 10K Club Joined: Aug 2002 Posts: 47,530 Bloomington, IN	If the wife has the right to rescind she is to receive a copy of the ETIL (226.17(d)), the ROR and copies of the material disclosures (226.23 Footnote 48).
