We are regulated by the OTS, soon to be regulated by the OCC. What address should be on our Fair Housing Poster for each of these regulators? And where can I find the posters?

The OTS wording can be found here at 12 CFR 528.5(b).

The OCC has this poster on its web site. http://www.occ.gov/publications/publicat...ing-English.pdf

I can't find any size requirements for it from the OCC. I know the OTS required it to be 11 by 14 inches.

My bank is not supervised by the FDIC. I'm wondering if your vendor is referring to the FDIC address change regarding the ECOA notice under Regulation B. http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2011-06-01/pdf/2011-13430.pdf

I don't know if the FDIC has published anything to amend their equal housing lender poster rule to use the same address. Perhaps someone who is supervised by the FDIC can comment on this.
