My bank has a Visa debit card. Must we provide provisional credit to customer within in 5 days or 10 days? If it is 5, does the Standard 10 day resolution period drop down to 5?

Since the VISA Operating Rules regarding provisional credit are more consumer friendly than Reg E, you must provide provisional credit within 5 business days to comply with both requirements.
