Discovered we weren't including life-of-loan flood fees and origination fees in the finance charge on the first HELOC statement when these fees were paid from the loan proceeds (first advance).
Does anyone know how we can get these fees included in the finance charge amount -- (we use ITI)?
Any other ideas (besides requiring cash payment) to avoid this?

We have a no cost HELOC so we have not had to worry about this, but in the screen set-up I did not see where these fees can be broken out. You may need to call ITI's support line.
