I, too, have been very hungry all the time. I'm feeding my body 1200 - 1400 calories per day now in 5 small meals. Just two months ago, I used to commonly consume anywhere from 2300 - 2800 calories per day, usually in two huge meals, so it's a dramatic improvement. I'm eating the right foods now, and I'm asking my body to do a whole heckuva lot more work for me now, working out every day with lots of weight training and lots of cardio. I'm keeping carbs fairly low and protein very high, so hopefully I am losing fat and gaining lean muscle mass, which will work harder for me burning calories... and trying to get into a good cycle.
I weigh in tonight at my WW meeting, and I feel really good about this week. All of my work clothes are starting to feel very loose. I'm hoping the scale will show lower numbers, but even if not, I will celebrate the "non-scale" victory of working out 7 out of the last 7 days - yay.
