Marina was bad. I hope she if the first to go. Also, Jack, Gavin, and Melissa should be the next four. Gladys isn't that great but at least she is entertaining and fun to watch. There were some good dances last night. I don't think Donald's scores were as good as they should have been.

Martina was horrible. The DJ/songwriter/whatever was pretty bad too.

Did you see William's little boy? Wasn"t he adorable? He looked just like his dad.

Yes.

William and the Opera singer (can't think of her name) are the best dancers. Very, very good. William seems to have a lot of audience appeal. I hope the opera singer stays around, but wonder if she has the fan base.

Melissa Gilbert, Gladys Knight, Neicy Nash, Jack Wagner, Urkel, the rest I'm not familiar with. There is a GB Packer, but I'm not familiar with him either.

Agree! It looked looked like Martina had not practiced much. You would think she, of all people, would realize the importance of practice. And that outfit was horrendous, too.

I just don't think that she has dancing talent. It's tough to do what those pro's do.

I agree. And I think she felt very out of her element with all the girly clothes and make up.

I agree with califgirl that her outfit was not very becoming. But she does look good with the make-up.

Not Neicy Nash. Sherry Shepard from The View.
And the Packer is none other than Donald Driver. Like the other football players that have been on, he can move too. smile

I actually think there's more talent this season that a couple of the last few have had. Remember who won Season 1? A soap star. I think Donny was the biggest 'star' that was on and/or won. Bigger stars don't have the time to commit to this. It's a heck of a lot of work!!!

Sadly, I think the show is on the downward slide and won't be around much longer. It's one of the few 'reality' shows I can stomach to watch.

Truff - Season one was the only one I've watched. Kelly Monaco (General Hospital) won with John O'Hurley (Mr. Peterman from Seinfeld) coming in second. They later had another show because there was some fussing about the judging. John O'Hurley won the second contest. LOVED watching him dance.

Well, Martina is gone. I would say that Jack, Gavin, or Melissa will be next but this season is going to be a tough one. They are all pretty good. I was a little concerned when Roshon was in the bottom three but he made it through.

I was surprised that Roshon was in the bottom 3. I guess he doesn't have a large fan base.

Martina was the worst and rightly went home.

I have not been into the show as I have been in the past, but I wanted to see Roshon dance. My daugher watches "Shake it Up" on the Disney channel and dances Hip Hop, so I wanted to see how he would do with ballroom. My hubby and I were impressed, but as my hubby said, it doesn't really matter how good you dance, it's how popular you are. Which is true and probably why I don't watch it as much anymore. frown

Still much easier to watch than Survivor or any of the other bug eating, self-depreciating 'reality' shows out there.

I believe they say those at risk are not necessarily in the bottom 3. Disney kids usually do pretty well on this show so it is possible they put him in the "at risk" category for dramatic effect.

Yes, they said Martina and Gavin were the bottom two but that Roshon wasn't necessarily at the bottom.

This is a great season. There are really no bad dancers although I do think the judges were very generous with their scores tonight. The classical singer (whose name I can never remember) is the best as far as I am concerned. She did deserve the 10s she got. It will be very interesting to see who goes home tomorrow night.

Is it Catherine? Not sure either. I think she is the best; amazing ability and musicality; but does she have the fan base large enough to pull her through?

I don't know what the judges were thinking last night. They over-scored almost everyone. It was like they didn't want to offend anyone. Who were those people and what have they done with our REAL judges? wink

Bottom 3 - Gladys Knight, Sherry Shepard, Gavin DeGraw.

It was an emotional night. I just watched the rerun to catch the ones I missed. And I think I figured out why there are no big name stars. It levels the playing field for the fans. I'm honestly voting for the way they're dancing not for the stars they are.

I hope everyone is doing that. I was surprised that it was Jack that went home. I thought for sure it would be Gavin. Shows you what I know.
