NFIP would be a great source.

A few years ago, a representative of NFIP made a presentation to our compliance group and provided multiple handouts, actual relevant stories, lessons and answers. it was one of the best presentations.

Many of the flood insurance compliance checklists that the regulatory agencies use for audits are available on their web sites. Which agency/ies are you concerned about? I may be able to point you to their flood compliance check lists.

Also, I recommend the National Lenders Insurance Council's "Flood Guide for Lenders and Servicers". Their web site is www.nlic.org
