we'll introduce e-statements soon. we want to be able to e-deliver other things in the future however we are not ready yet. When drafting electronic agreement, can we include the other documents that can be e-delivered even though we do not have the capability to do that yet?
Do you think it is deceptive to sign up for e-statement but the agreement lists privacy policy and few others?
Thanks.

FINALLY ABOVE the gnat line
We just started e-statement delivery. Our agreement lists EVERY document/disclosure that we would normally send via statement stuffer - change notices, privacy statement, etc. I went ahead and put Check 21 substitute checks in there as well - even though that's not here yet. How can it be deceptive when the customer is supposed to be reading this agreement before "signing" it?
