I am wondering if anyone knows what the retention is for signature guarantees in wisconsin? We have been unable to get any type of guideline on long we should retain the forms. Any guidance would be really appreciated.

I'm not sure about Wisconsin, but here in Washington our legal cousel recommended we keep signature guarantees for three years (hey, both states begin with "W" grin)

I think it may come from the General Rules and Regulations promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Rule 17Ad-15--Signature Guarantees

Thanks for the info, we will look at the exchange act and see if it guides us anywhere for Wi. (Oh Yeay, States that begin with "W" are the BEST)
