For customers under 18 we require an adult to also be listed as joint on the account. We currently only offer debit cards to customers over 18. I was wondering what others do regarding debit cards to minors are and if the age requirement is regulated in PA.
Will you issue debit card to persons under 18 or strictly give only an ATM card?
If the parent signs something saying they will be responcible will you allow debit card under 18?

debit cards to minors would fall under the VISA or MC rules.
it is my understanding they do not allow cards for minors.
