Block 1 and Line 801.

No...it's simply part of 801...it is a lump sum.

for instance.

Loan fee - $200.00
In HOuse Eval - $100.00
Processing fee - $150.00

Block 1 and 801 will list the total of $450.00 with no further itemization (unless required by State or VA or something!)
