Are we required to state the NMLS number in a radio ad where we mention one of our MLOs name?

IMO, since you are placing an ad for a specific MLO, then you would included his/her NMLS#.

It is not an ad for a specific MLO, the MLO is the one who is talking but does mention his name.

If the MLO is doing the ad, then I would definately require their NMLS#. JMHO.
