My first suggestion is a company we have used since 2012, Sageworks Inc. Their Analyst software has great documentation to substantiate debt service coverage calculation.

Seocondly is a company that has the product called LQAS

Another firm which you may want to consider is Credit Risk Management LLC; http://www.creditriskmgt.com/
At another bank with whom I was employed we adopted their program, and they did an excellent job in training and providing ongoing support.

Anohter option is Buker's; http://www.taxanalysis.com/
The contact personnel there are very helpful and supportive.

As you have convenient opportunity, let us know what route your bank decided to take. Have a great day today!
