We offer discounted & premium ARMs. We always had 2 separate ARM prog disclosures - one for initial rate premium ARMs and one for discounted ARMs. Our vendor has combined them and gives the worst case example only for the discounted ARM.
Don't we also have to give the worst case example for the premium ARM?
