Can a DBA account have anyone other than the owner as an authorized signer on the account? Where can I find the regulations that govern this?

Thanks!

I cannot give you an regulation governing this. But our account agreement allows for authorized signers on sole proprietor accounts.

Transaction authority on a Sole Prop (in Georgia) is as follows:

The proprietor is the ONLY person allowed to transact business on the account. If the proprietor wishes to allow other signatoriesa, their 'agency' rather than ownership status must be clearly indicated in the account documents.
