Back in January, our LOS vendor was not prepared to produce the Homeownership Counseling List, so we implemented a procedure to use the disclosure mentioned in the CFPB Bulletin below:

http://files.consumerfinance.gov/f/20131...equirements.pdf

Since the time, we have not heard that our vendor is making progress. The timeframe of "six months" is listed in the above bulletin. Did anyone else take this approach? If yes, is your vendor working to generate the list by June?

Our's is...but we've been just downloading the actual list from the website from the beginning instead of using the interim procedure.

Sounds like it's time to get your vendor to produce. Mel. A gentle reminder that the users pay the bills, and you expect the vendor to get its solution together.
