We justreceived closing documents back and the non-occupying co-borrower did NOT sign the HUD. He is not being deeded onto title; only the borrower and the borrower's wife. Do we NOT need the co-borrower's signature on the HUD since he is not being deeded to the property?

Is the non-occupant a borrower you qualified or rather a guarantor? If he's a borrower, he should sign.
