Looking for direction to any discussions on using this proxy methodology. Anybody?

I just heard about this earlier today.

Does anyone have access to the "list"?

Some background:

Cost and operational issues are of interest. There must be a minimum sample size to make the proxy provide meaningful analysis.

The CFPB has promised to publish a white paper on this methodology this summer. In the interim, if you want to PM me, I can give some information and references.

The CFPB recently published the whitepaper. See the following link. http://files.consumerfinance.gov/f/201409_cfpb_report_proxy-methodology.pdf
Here's a link to their blog post about it. http://www.consumerfinance.gov/reports/u...-and-ethnicity/
