We have a dealer in Precious Metals as a customer. Do I need to be getting written verification from the customer each year that they have a BSA policy in place and are compliant? I had them do this last year as they were a new customer. Should it be an annual thing or does it need to be?

I would think that would depend on your institution's policy.
