We have a loan originator who has registered with NMLS as Given Name-Middle Initial-Last Name. In the "Other Name" line on the NMLS Consumer Access site, he has Alias Name-Middle Initial-Last Name Sr.

My question is on advertisements/marketing material, should his name be listed with one of the variations above or is Alias Name-Last Name okay? (His NMLS# is included).

The SAFE Act has nothing to say about advertisements, so how you list his name would be up to your bank.
