Is there a form to file to terminate an exempt customer from CTR filing status. I have one i need to revoke. Does that need to be done online?

You could just begin to file CTRs.

If you would like to document the revocvation of the exemption, this is done using the same DoEP form that is used for granting exemptions. The regulation does not require that you file the revocation (a fact that has always puzzled me), but there's no downside in doing so.
