We are updating our internet banking terms and conditions. Before the reg e disclosure was a separate disclosure. We are not combining it into our internet banking disclosure. Do we have to do the whole reg e disclosure or can we just do the parts that apply to internet banking?

If you have Reg E separate already, it need not be redisclosed. You could refer to it as a supplemental disclosure. You could, if desired, restate parts of it in your IB disclosure. If those parts change in the future, you have two updates to do instead of one.
