What type of training does everyone do for their Corporate Customers who Originate ACH transactions? FFIEC states that we should educate our customers and make them aware of the risk and how to mitigate them. I'd like to get an idea of what everyone does and how often its done. Thanks, BJ

I've trained on account takeovers but I've not trained specific banks on this. But one tip I'd throw out is to not refer to it as "corporate" and don't limit the training to those originating ACH. If your customer has money in their account, they're a risk to you and themselves.
