Is anyone using 1024.20(a)(1)(ii) to deliver the homeownership counseling list? Seems like just getting the list from the CFPB website under option (i) is the easier approach.

Haven't been able to find enough info to evaluate option (ii).

Please let me know if this was addressed already on the BOL site, looking around for content but need to go to meeting on this issue soon.

I do not understand your question? A lot of banks are using vendor prepared notices based on the data provided by the CFPB rather than printing the data from the website.
