Banker Kathy 100 Club Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 103	We want to offer a drawing to customers who refer a freind to open a checking account with debit card. The referring customer would get $50 and have their name entered into a drawing for a TV. Are we allowed to do this or do we need to make the drawing available to everyone? Thanks.
