Has anyone else noticed the CFPB list and the HUD list don't always list the same providers? In my current example, the HUD list has providers that don't have websites or emails. Is that OK? I searched the provider and they have a website, but no direct email (you fill out a form and they call you back).
What liability would we have for these omissions, if any?
