Is a commercial loan that is not secured by a 1-4 family dwelling, exempt from the force-place notifcation? Also, if we are considered a small service provider, are we exempt from the requirement?

Do you mean force placed flood insurance? or force placed hazard insurance?

Business purpose loans are not subject to regulations such as Reg Z and RESPA.
