This is my first time to correct a SAR and have a question.

After reading item #3 - Corrected/Amended Report in Attachment C - Electronic Filing Instructions, it's not clear (at least to me), if the entire narrative should be included and/or just the items corrected?

In discreet filing, you file the entire SAR over again, but this time with the correct information in the relevant text boxes. Then, you explain what you corrected in the beginning of the narrative:

All corrections or amendments must be described completely at the beginning of the Part V Suspicious Activity Information – Narrative section.

We do the same thing that Ken described when batch-filing a SAR.
