When you are investigating a case, whether it's check fraud, debit card disputes etc. and you involve law enforcement do you have to call and follow up with the investigator?

well, I suppose that depends on the investigator. I have had to call for a follow-up on occasion but generally they will call me when they have more inforamtion that affects the case.
