We have received an request for information from the State of Missouri on one of our customers. Is there any conflicts with Tennessee Law that anyone is aware of that would prevent us from providing this information?

Thank you.

You should spend any time you devote to this looking for something that says you can make the disclosure rather than something that says you can't. If you don't find anything that says you can, I suggest you don't.

Tennessee is one of very few states that has its own Financial Records Privacy Act so its expressed concern for financial privacy might be slightly higher than that found in other states.
