It has been recommended by our external auditors to let all employees know the new definition of loan originator per Reg Z - and how easy it would be to trigger. I'm struggling with the best way to do this - via e-mail, Intranet, etc. We are expecting a compliance exam this fall.

Has anyone provided this sort of training for their employees?

You external auditors don't have much to do, do they?
