We have a mortgage loan being refinanced and the insurance in currently being forcewritten. Does this affect the way it is disclosed on the GFE and HUD?

If you are having to force write insurance, why are you agreeing to close the loan? Just seems like you're inviting future proplems.

But to answer your question it is still a cost associated with the loan and would be disclosed in the appropriate sections of the GFE and HUD.
